Never send your Trade Republic export, an IBAN or your login details: they are not needed, even for a bug.

Describing a bug

  • The tab (Performance, Investments, Spending and income, Saveback) and, if relevant, the security or the month.
  • What you see, and what you expected instead.
  • Your browser and device (for example “Firefox on Windows”, “Safari on iPhone”).
  • If the bug also shows up in the demo, say so: that makes it easiest to reproduce.

What happens to your message

The type of request, your message and the language of this page are emailed to the publisher, then forgotten by the server: nothing is stored or logged on the site. Your IP address is only used, in memory, to limit the number of messages. The details are on the Privacy page.
