The rules for using the site, in plain language.

By using this site, you accept these terms. They may change; the version online is the one that applies.

This English translation is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.

1. Purpose

NokxiStats (the “site”) is a free tool that displays an analysis of the Trade Republic CSV transaction export you drop into it: the performance of your investments, the history of your purchases, and your account’s spending and income. It is published on a personal, non-commercial basis by Yann Avondo (see the legal notice).

The site is independent of Trade Republic Bank GmbH, which has neither designed, approved nor sponsored it.

2. Access to the site

The site is free to use, with no sign-up or account. The publisher tries to keep it available but guarantees no continuity: it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation. The market price service is subject to a per-visitor request limit to prevent abuse.

You must not use the site in a way that disrupts it: massive automated requests to the price API, intrusion attempts, or circumventing its protections.

3. How it works and your data

Your files are read and analysed in your browser; they are not sent to the publisher. The details are in the privacy policy. You remain solely responsible for the files you drop, for the device you use and, if you switch on “Remember on this device”, for other people’s access to that browser.

The site never asks for your Trade Republic login details and never accesses your account. Be wary of any service that asks for them while claiming to be this site.

4. No financial or tax advice

The information displayed consists of automatic calculations provided for information only. It is not investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell, nor tax, legal or budgeting advice. The publisher is not a financial adviser. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. For your tax returns, rely on the official documents provided by Trade Republic (tax reports, statements).

5. Accuracy of the results

The results depend on data the publisher does not control and may contain discrepancies, in particular:

  • market prices come from Yahoo Finance, may be delayed, adjusted or wrong, and are converted into euros at the day’s rate when a security is not listed in euros;
  • Trade Republic may change the export format at any time;
  • an incomplete export (period too short) distorts the average cost and the returns;
  • spending categories are derived from the MCC code declared by each merchant and may be imprecise.

Check any important information with Trade Republic before making a decision.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed, for a calculation error, for the service being unavailable, or for the loss of data stored locally in your browser.

Links to third-party sites (Trade Republic, LinkedIn, CNIL…) are provided for your convenience; the publisher is not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s design, texts and code belong to the publisher, except for the following third-party components, used under their licences: Chart.js (MIT licence), IBM Plex and Newsreader fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1).

“Trade Republic” is a trademark of Trade Republic Bank GmbH; “Yahoo” and “Yahoo Finance” are trademarks of Yahoo Inc. These names are mentioned only to identify the compatible file format and the source of market prices.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers.
