Trade Republic dividends: the total, security by security
Every payment, the total per year, and what each holding has paid you.
Updated 7 October 2026
Trade Republic issues a receipt for every dividend it pays you. To see the total for a year, or what one security has paid since you bought it, the CSV export is the easiest route: every dividend has its own row, with the gross amount and the tax withheld. NokxiStats turns that into a net total, in your browser.
Where to see your dividends in the app
According to the Trade Republic help centre (October 2026), the information on your dividends is in your profile: a dividend receipt is generated for each payment, with the settlement and the tax details. The dividend is credited on the payment date, which can be several weeks after the ex-dividend date.
What the CSV export contains
The transaction export (how to download it) has one row per dividend, of type
DIVIDEND, with:
- The security
- Columns
nameandsymbol: the name and ISIN of the stock or fund. - The quantity
- Column
shares: the number of shares the dividend was paid on. - The gross amount
- Column
amount: the dividend before tax. - Tax withheld
- Column
tax: what was deducted at source on that payment.
The total per year and per security
Drop the export into the dashboard, then:
- Total for a period: Spending tab, pick a year or Whole period, then Income. The Dividends line gives the net total and the number of payments.
- Each payment: under Transactions, type “dividends” in the search box. Each row shows the date, the security and the net amount; Export as CSV turns that into a spreadsheet file.
- Security by security: Performance tab, click a position. Its Transactions list every dividend, tagged “income”, and the Realised and income figure adds them to the gains you have already locked in.
Dividends are also part of your portfolio's total result: see Portfolio performance.
A worked example
A made-up example. In 2025 you receive four dividends: three from one stock (€12.00 gross each) and one from a distributing ETF (€20.00 gross). Gross total: €56.00, of which €14.00 was withheld as tax. NokxiStats shows €42.00 of dividends for 2025 and four payments. In the stock's own view, the three dividends appear one by one, €27.00 net in total.
Limits
- Amounts are net of tax withheld at source. The gross amount and the tax are in the export, in the
amountandtaxcolumns. - An accumulating ETF pays nothing out: its income stays in the fund and does not appear here.
- NokxiStats does not forecast future dividends and does not compute a dividend yield.
- This page is not tax advice: for your tax return, only Trade Republic's documents count.
Frequently asked questions
Why did I not receive a dividend?
According to the help centre, you must hold the security overnight before the ex-dividend date, and the payment can arrive several weeks after that date. An accumulating ETF never pays a dividend.
Why is the amount lower than the announced dividend?
Tax is often withheld at source, in the company's country or by Trade Republic. The export shows the gross
amount (amount) and the tax (tax) of each payment.
Do dividends count towards my return?
Yes. In NokxiStats, the total result adds unrealised gains, realised gains and net dividends. More on the Profit and loss page.
What about interest on my cash?
It is in the same place, on the Interest line: see Interest received.
Do I need to give you my login details?
No. You download the export yourself, and the analysis runs in your browser, with no account and no upload.
